About the Role

As an Operator, Filler I on 3rd Shift, you will run the filler and its supporting equipment to package product accurately and reliably. A central part of the job is safeguarding both the quality and the safety of everything that leaves the line, including meeting CQP and CCP monitoring requirements throughout your shift in Bridgeton.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend the filler and related support equipment during filling runs.
• Carry out product and package changeovers as the schedule requires.
• Monitor and uphold product quality and food safety standards, including CQP and CCP checkpoints.
• Conduct routine product quality checks to confirm output meets specifications.
• Minimize material and product loss by running the line attentively and efficiently.
• Operate the Blow Molder when assigned to support overall production needs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating and maintaining packaging or filling machinery in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding quality and food safety procedures.
