Construction Superintendent

RUBIOS SOLUTIONS INC is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent in Bryan, Brazos County to lead field operations and keep every project moving on schedule and on standard. If you thrive on jobsite leadership and hands-on coordination, this role puts you at the center of the action.

About the Role

As Construction Superintendent, you will own the day-to-day management of all on-site work, serving as the link between crews, subcontractors, and project goals. This is an in-person, full-time position based in Bryan, Brazos County, ideal for a seasoned field leader who takes pride in delivering quality builds safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all field activities across active construction projects
• Lead and motivate crews while managing subcontractor performance on-site
• Build, monitor, and adjust project schedules to keep work on track
• Enforce quality control standards throughout each phase of construction
• Oversee work involving site utilities, earthwork, and concrete construction

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in construction supervision (5+ years preferred)
• Strong background in site utilities, earthwork, and/or concrete construction
• Demonstrated leadership in directing crews, subcontractors, and schedules
• Solid understanding of quality control practices in the field
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Bryan, Brazos County
