We are seeking a Visual & Brand Design Expert to develop long-horizon design tasks, evaluate brand system enforcement, and produce spec-driven assets. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, a portfolio demonstrating brand systems, and expertise in Figma production and Adobe CC.
Requirements
- 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design
- Portfolio demonstrating brand systems and polished visual craft
- Expertise in Figma production, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), typography systems, brand guideline authorship, accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Comfortable with design artifacts: brand guidelines, asset specs, audit reports, accessibility annotations
- Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
