About the Role

This full-time, in-person role in Fulton County puts you at the center of Georgia's progressive electoral landscape. As Georgia GOTV Program Director, you will design and drive the statewide get-out-the-vote strategy for the current cycle, aligning partner organizations behind shared goals and measurable voter contact targets. This is a cycle-position with America Votes, ideal for an organizer who thrives on tight timelines and high-stakes mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Georgia's get-out-the-vote program from planning through Election Day
• Coordinate strategy and shared plans across coalition partners and allied organizations
• Track turnout metrics, voter contact data, and program performance, adjusting tactics as needed
• Support field operations, volunteer mobilization, and community outreach across the state
• Serve as a connective point between America Votes and Georgia-based progressive groups

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing electoral, field, or GOTV programs, preferably in Georgia or comparable battleground states
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple workstreams under deadline pressure
• Familiarity with coalition-based organizing and partner coordination
• Comfort using voter data and turnout metrics to guide decisions
• Commitment to expanding voting access and building a more representative democracy
• Willingness to work on-site in Fulton County for the duration of the cycle
