Se Rh is hiring an Assistente Fiscal | Faturamento to join our finance and billing team in the United States, supporting accurate invoicing and day-to-day tax operations.
About the Role
As an Assistente Fiscal | Faturamento at Se Rh, you will own the invoicing routine and contribute to the smooth running of our fiscal and billing function. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the US, ideal for a detail-driven professional who enjoys working with figures, fiscal documents, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue and record fiscal invoices (notas fiscais) accurately and on schedule.
- Review basic taxes and tax treatments applied to billing.
- Enter and maintain information within the ERP system.
- Support additional routine tasks across the fiscal and billing department as needed.
Qualifications
- Completed high school education (required).
- Proven, verifiable experience in a similar fiscal or billing role.
- Residence in the Emiliano Perneta neighborhood, Pinhais, or easy access to the surrounding region.
- Comfort working with ERP platforms and attention to detail when handling tax and invoicing data.
