College Director

The Austin Stone Community Church is seeking a mission-minded College Director to lead collegiate ministry on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin, based in Sprinkle, Travis County.

About the Role

As a key member of the Downtown Congregation team, the College Director at Austin Stone will build and shepherd a thriving network of missional communities centered on the University of Texas at Austin. This full-time, on-site position in Sprinkle, Travis County, centers on cultivating spiritual growth, disciple-making, and gospel momentum among college students. The College Director reports directly to the Congregation Executive Pastor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a connected network of missional communities that disciple college students.
• Equip and mobilize students to engage in both local and global mission efforts.
• Create lasting energy and enthusiasm for the gospel across the UT Austin campus.
• Partner closely with the Downtown Congregation team to advance the church's ministry priorities.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and spiritual care to students and ministry volunteers.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated heart for disciple-making and college student ministry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to launch and sustain community groups.
• A passion for local and global mission and for sharing the gospel with students.
• Availability to serve full-time and on-site within the Sprinkle, Travis County area.
