About the Role
The Lead Maintenance-Creekside position is a full-time, on-site role based in Balch Springs, Dallas. As the senior maintenance professional on the property, you will set the standard for service quality, oversee day-to-day upkeep, and serve as the go-to problem solver for the residents who call Creekside home. This is a leadership opportunity for a skilled technician who takes pride in a well-maintained property.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all maintenance operations across the Creekside community to protect resident comfort and safety.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain systems and units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general property fixtures.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
- Prepare vacant units for new residents and keep common areas in excellent condition.
- Support and guide other maintenance team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
- Help uphold the high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and reliability that define the property.
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on maintenance experience across multiple trades within a property or apartment setting.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- A resident-first mindset focused on safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the leadership qualities expected of a lead technician.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Balch Springs, Dallas.
