About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Rochester Manor, you will support residents with the personal care and attention they rely on each day. This full-time, on-site position in Gonic, Strafford County covers the 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift, with every other weekend required. The role offers 40 guaranteed hours each week across a 57-week contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, comfort, and well-being to the nursing team.
• Support residents during meals, hydration, and movement throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for every resident.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and care staff to follow individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Availability for the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with every other weekend.
• Commitment to a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule for the duration of the contract.
• A caring, patient, and reliable approach to resident-centered care.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
