About the Role

As a Microbiologist at Pentec Health, you will be a key member of a high-visibility operational Quality Assurance team in Queen Creek, Maricopa County. Working on-site, you will help confirm that laboratory activities and products consistently meet company specifications, written procedures, and the regulatory requirements that govern the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify ongoing compliance with company policies, procedures, and product specifications by following the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support quality and operational objectives as an active contributor to the Quality Assurance function.
• Apply a thorough understanding of applicable company practices to daily microbiological work.
• Operate in alignment with state, federal, and local laws governing laboratory and manufacturing operations.
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and established safety standards.
• Follow FDA regulations as they apply to assigned tasks and processes.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of microbiology principles and laboratory techniques.
• Familiarity with GLP, GDP, FDA regulations, and laboratory safety expectations.
• Comfort interpreting and applying SOPs along with applicable state, federal, and local requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and a quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an operational Quality Assurance team.
• Availability to work on-site in Queen Creek, Maricopa County (this is not a remote position).
