We are seeking a Capacity Planning & Tooling Program Manager to build the next generation of tooling and systems for infrastructure capacity planning. The ideal candidate will have experience building internal tools, planning systems, automation workflows, or data-heavy operational processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, infrastructure planning, systems engineering, data tooling, or related roles
- Experience building or managing tooling for planning, forecasting, allocation, supply chain, infrastructure, or operations workflows
- Strong ability to translate operational processes into technical requirements and system designs
- Experience working with engineering teams to deliver internal tools, dashboards, data pipelines, or automation systems
- Comfort working with large, complex datasets and cross-functional planning inputs
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills in fast-moving environments
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, hardware infrastructure, data centers, supply chain, or compute capacity planning is strongly preferred
