Comeback Career Role – Business Generalist

We’re looking for someone resourceful, curious, and hands-on — someone who may have tried building a business of their own (even if it was small or short-lived), explored different paths, and is now ready for a new chapter.

This is a chance to work directly with the founders and get exposed to all aspects of building and running a business — from operations and marketing, to product and strategy. Every day will look different. You’ll wear many hats, work across different functions, and help turn ideas into action.

We value people who:

• Have run their own venture, freelanced, or managed operations independently — even solo.

• Are open to career shifts, eager to learn, and ready to roll up their sleeves.

• Aren’t picky about tasks — from helping with high-level strategy to getting into the nitty-gritty of operations.
