We are seeking a Health Operations Expert to design realistic healthcare workflows, grade agent performance, and build scenarios for AI model performance improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or medical billing and coding
- Working fluency in at least two of: ICD-10 / CPT coding, claims workflows, EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena), or HIPAA compliance
- Comfortable with healthcare artifacts like claim forms and coded charts
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning and decisions step by step
