Primer is a unified payment infrastructure that automates the entire payments lifecycle. As an Associate Junior Solutions Engineer, you’ll work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate complex needs into scalable solutions and ensure every integration is rock-solid. You’ll empower merchants to build smarter, faster, and with confidence on top of Primer‘s unified payments infrastructure.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a merchant-facing role with a complex API product, ideally in payments
- Confidence and ease in leading discovery sessions and working with technical counterparts at some of the largest merchants
- Deep interest or knowledge about tech and ability to understand, explain, and design complex technical specifications
- Creativity and improvisational skills to navigate ambiguity
- Great communication and presentation skills to make complicated concepts simple and interact with stakeholders
- Collaborative approach to work with clients, partners, and internally with Product, Engineering, and Sales
- Drive and motivation to grow with a fast-paced and scaling environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced and scaling environment
