As an Associate Territory Manager, you will support the launch and adoption of an innovative robotic surgical technology, working alongside surgeons, Clinical Specialists, and commercial teams to ensure every procedure is executed safely, efficiently, and with an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background
- Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude
- Ability to travel upwards to 75%
- Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity
- Proficient in OR training and procedural support
- Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative discipline (CRM, expenses)
- Effective team player with high adaptability and learning agility
