We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to focus on Secondary Care, building account management foundations and driving the adoption of our innovative products, including AI-powered Scribe.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Account Management or Customer Success
  • Deep understanding of churn, retention, and renewal cycles
  • Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Strong communication and consultative skills
  • Ability to navigate complexity and work in fast-moving environments
