Requirements
- Leading big-scale rollouts for complex products like Scribe
- Strategic boundary-setting: Standing firm on implementation plans and managing commercial expectations
- Owning the AI journey: Becoming the go-to expert on emerging AI features
- Closing the feedback loop: Reviewing practice cohorts 6-9 months after go-live
- Scaling with smarts: Using internal AI dashboards to handle data
- Raising the bar: Constantly looking for ways to improve processes
