Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Policy, Compliance, or Governance roles
- Experience working with organisational policies, frameworks, or regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and can interpret usage data, adoption metrics, and behavioural insights
- Experience producing structured reports, dashboards, or compliance reporting
