We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Consumer Products team and shape experiences that reach players directly – across web stores, loyalty programmes, and engagement surfaces that blur the line between commerce and gameplay.
Requirements
- Design end-to-end consumer experiences across web stores, player portals, loyalty systems, and engagement features
- Translate player psychology, behavioural data, and business goals into intuitive, high-converting design solutions
- Apply and evolve gamification mechanics — progression systems, rewards, streaks, social proof — to drive retention and engagement
- Contribute to and evolve design principles, patterns, and system-level consistency across consumer-facing products
