- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients
- Interface with clients, healthcare professionals, and internal staff
- Accurately enter and maintain scheduling information in the company’s database
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain detailed and organized records of scheduled appointments and related communication
