As a Senior Strategic Finance Associate, you will play a central role in defining Upvest‘s long-term financial direction, building financial models, and working closely with leaders across the business to assess major initiatives and ensure capital is deployed with discipline.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Strategic Finance (FP&A), Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a comparable analytically rigorous role.
- Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analytical capability—able to handle complexity while keeping outputs clear, concise, and decision-ready.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals (CFA, ACA or equivalent qualification is an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can distil complex analysis into crisp narratives for both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Proficiency in modern FP&A tools (e.g., Abacum, Planful, Anaplan) is an advantage.
