Key Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in running smooth, efficient daily operations
• Help coach, motivate, and guide associates to deliver standout customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor that's easy to shop
• Assist with opening and closing duties, register operations, and loss prevention practices
• Step in to keep the experience positive and on-brand during busy periods

Qualifications

• Prior retail, customer service, or team-support experience preferred
• Comfortable leading by example and helping coordinate a team during shifts
• Strong communication skills and a genuine, upbeat attitude
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of standing, moving, and lifting merchandise throughout a shift
