Legends Global is hiring a Groundskeeper in East Long Beach, Los Angeles County — an on-site, hands-on opportunity to help keep a premier public assembly facility looking its best every single day.

About the Role

As a Groundskeeper with Legends Global, you will be part of the Grounds department, reporting to the Grounds Lead. This is a part-time, hourly position (non-exempt) paying $25.00 per hour, based fully on-site in East Long Beach, Los Angeles County. If you take pride in well-maintained outdoor spaces and enjoy active, physical work, this role offers a chance to make a visible difference in how guests and visitors experience the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of grounds, landscaping, and outdoor areas.
• Perform routine upkeep tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, watering, and general turf care.
• Support setup and cleanup efforts before, during, and after events as directed by the Grounds Lead.
• Operate and care for grounds equipment and tools safely and responsibly.
• Report maintenance needs, hazards, or repairs to supervisory staff in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety guidelines and facility procedures while working on-site.

Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions from the Grounds Lead and collaborate with a team.
• Comfort using common grounds and landscaping equipment.
• Availability for a part-time, on-site schedule in East Long Beach, Los Angeles County.
