About the Role

The Fleet Laborer position at COMANCO is a hybrid of physical labor and administrative support within our Fleet department. You will spend part of your day completing demanding, hands-on tasks and the rest managing records and computer-based duties that keep our fleet operations running smoothly. This combination makes the role a strong fit for dependable, flexible team members who can switch easily between the shop floor and the screen. Key Responsibilities

• Perform physically demanding fleet support tasks that require stamina and attention to safety.
• Handle administrative and computer-based duties tied to fleet operations and recordkeeping.
• Move between hands-on work and desk tasks as daily priorities shift.
• Support the broader Fleet Team to keep equipment and vehicles ready for use.
• Follow established procedures, including those demonstrated in COMANCO training materials.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on work throughout the shift.
• Computer-literate and confident handling administrative responsibilities.
• Adaptable and dependable, with the ability to balance varied duties.
• A team-oriented attitude and a strong sense of reliability.
• Willing and able to work on-site in Plant City, Hillsborough County (this is not a remote role).
