About the Role

This is a full-time, non-exempt position within our Multifamily division. As a Maintenance Technician, you are central to preserving the structural soundness and visual appeal of the property. Your work ensures that every building, outdoor space, shared amenity, and common area consistently reflects company standards for cleanliness, safety, and reliable operation, while delivering a positive living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold the physical condition and overall appearance of the apartment community, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance to keep equipment and units in proper working order.
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete repairs with professionalism and care.
• Identify safety concerns and address upkeep needs so the property continually meets established quality benchmarks.
• Support a clean, functional, and welcoming environment across all interior and exterior spaces.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience, ideally within a multifamily or residential property setting.
