About the Role
As Team Lead, Structures & Pricing, you will guide a team responsible for designing and pricing commercial energy deals at AES Clean Energy. Based on-site in Houston, this full-time position blends analytical leadership with hands-on commercial strategy, supporting one of the largest US-based global power companies as it delivers renewable electricity to millions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team focused on transaction structuring and pricing analysis.
- Develop pricing models and commercial structures that balance competitiveness with sound risk management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate market dynamics into actionable deal terms.
- Review and refine pricing assumptions to support accurate, timely proposals.
- Drive process improvements that strengthen the team's analytical rigor and responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in deal structuring, pricing, or commercial analysis within the energy or power sector.
- Proven leadership ability, with a track record of guiding and developing analytical teams.
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across commercial, finance, and technical groups.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Houston, Harris County.
