Scheduler (P6)

Dashiell is seeking a detail-driven Scheduler (P6) to join our team on-site at Magnolia Grove in Houston, supporting the planning and delivery of large-scale technical projects across the energy sector. About the Role

As a Scheduler (P6) based in Magnolia Grove, Houston, you will own the development and upkeep of detailed Primavera P6 project schedules. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams, you will translate scopes of work into actionable timelines, track progress, and provide the schedule analysis that keeps electric utility, power generation, industrial, and renewable energy projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, update, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Partner with project teams to define activities, sequencing, durations, and logic.
• Monitor schedule progress, identify variances, and report on critical path and milestones.
• Support resource loading, forecasting, and what-if scenario planning.
• Coordinate schedule inputs across engineering, construction, and EPC project phases.
• Prepare clear schedule status updates and recovery plans for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Experience scheduling projects within utility, power, industrial, or energy environments.
• Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling and progress tracking.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Magnolia Grove, Houston, and collaborate across project disciplines.
