Join Williams as an E&C Project Manager III/Sr - Project Development, leading the planning and delivery of energy and construction initiatives that carry infrastructure projects from concept to completion across the United States.
About the Role
This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in the US. As an E&C Project Manager III/Sr focused on Project Development, you will guide complex capital projects through their early and active phases, aligning cross-functional teams, schedules, and budgets to deliver results safely and on time for Williams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of engineering and construction (E&C) projects from initial scoping through completion.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder groups to keep milestones on track.
- Manage project scope, risk, and change while upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.
- Report progress, forecasts, and key decisions to leadership and project partners.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading engineering and construction or project-development work, consistent with a senior (III/Sr) level role.
- Strong command of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk-management practices.
- Proven ability to direct cross-functional teams and external partners toward shared objectives.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States for this full-time, in-person position.
