Community Manager

WGP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC is searching for a dedicated Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our manufactured home community in Beaufort, Beaufort County. If you love building neighborhoods where residents truly feel at home, this full-time opportunity is for you.

About the Role

As the Community Manager in Beaufort, SC, you will serve as the on-site leader responsible for the smooth running of one of our manufactured home neighborhoods. This is a hands-on, resident-facing position where strong organization, people skills, and pride in the community come together to shape a welcoming place to live.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall upkeep of the manufactured home community
• Build positive relationships with residents and respond to their needs and concerns
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention efforts
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and community appearance standards
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative and reporting tasks
• Help foster a safe, friendly, and well-managed environment residents are proud to call home

Qualifications

• Experience in property management, community management, or a related customer-facing role is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently on-site in Beaufort
• A genuine commitment to resident satisfaction and community pride
