Woodruff Property Management Company is hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager in Callaway, Bay County to help keep our residential community running smoothly and our residents happy.
About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager with The Woodruff Companies, you will work closely with the Property Manager to keep daily operations on track at our Callaway, Bay County property. This is an on-site, full-time position with occasional travel between WPMC communities as business needs arise. It's an ideal opportunity for an organized, self-driven professional who enjoys balancing administrative detail with hands-on resident service.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Property Manager across all facets of day-to-day property operations
- Support leasing activity, from prospect inquiries through move-in
- Build positive resident relationships and respond promptly to questions and concerns
- Help maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and reporting tasks
- Travel periodically to other WPMC properties when needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A motivated, dependable approach to work and a genuine team mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with residents and colleagues
- Comfort with the leasing, administrative, and financial duties that support a well-run property
- Willingness to travel between company properties as required
