Team Lead, Member Services

About the Role

As the Member Services Team Lead at RxBenefits in Chicago, you'll directly oversee the daily operations of a contact center team, acting as a working supervisor and hands-on coach. You'll be the go-to point of contact for your agents, providing in-the-moment guidance, resolving escalations, and keeping service quality, consistency, and compliance front and center.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily performance of a team of approximately 8–15 call center agents.
• Deliver real-time coaching, direction, and support to keep the team aligned with quality and compliance expectations.
• Handle escalated member interactions and step in to resolve issues as they arise.
• Monitor and enforce schedule adherence, productivity targets, and established performance standards.
• Champion a reliable, high-quality member experience across every interaction.
• Reinforce operational expectations and help agents grow in their roles.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising, leading, or mentoring a team within a call center or member services environment.
• Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to give direction and feedback in the moment.
• Confidence managing escalations and making sound decisions under pressure.
• A solid grasp of performance metrics, schedule adherence, and quality and compliance standards.
• Commitment to delivering a consistent, member-first experience.
