Clinical Staff Pharmacist position at Mercor, responsible for evaluating AI model performance on pharmacy and pharmacology problems, producing original problem sets, and providing feedback to improve model outputs.
Requirements
- PharmD with residency (PGY-1 or PGY-2) or board certification (BCPS, BCOP, BCCCP, etc.)
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacology with active teaching or research
- 3+ years of clinical or specialty practice
- Working fluency in pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, therapeutics, and drug-interaction reasoning
- Active pharmacist licensure where applicable
