We are looking for a Business Analyst to support platform and orchestration capabilities within a telecom environment, with a focus on low-code platforms, workflow orchestration, policy management, and access control. Miratech is a global IT services and consulting company that brings together enterprise and start-up innovation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
- Hands-on or conceptual experience with low-code / no-code platforms and workflow configuration
- Understanding of policy engines and decision-making frameworks
- Basic knowledge of RBAC design and access management models
- Experience or familiarity with workflow orchestration concepts and tools
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (regional/global)
- Awareness of UX patterns and user-centric design principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall environments
