Mercor is seeking a Retail Banking Expert – Compliance for a Contract role, responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs, creating scenarios, and annotating data related to retail banking workflows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience at a commercial bank, credit union, or retail banking institution
- Background in areas such as branch operations and management, consumer or mortgage lending, deposit operations and treasury services, compliance, risk, or audit
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate retail banking workflows into structured evaluation tasks
- Clear written communication and attention to detail
- NMLS registration or banking certifications (preferred)
