Directive Consulting is a leading B2B marketing agency seeking a Demand Generation Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience across the core pillars of demand generation, contribute to campaign execution, and learn the critical performance side of demand gen. The ideal candidate is a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field, with a strong analytical ability, writing experience, and a genuine passion for demand generation.
Requirements
- Currently a junior or senior pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-first mindset, with a keen interest in performance metrics and campaign reporting
- Proven writing experience with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and concise copy optimized for direct response channels like cold outbound and email nurture sequences
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing list segmentation, tracking links, and ensuring data integrity for campaign execution
- A genuine passion for demand generation, understanding campaign attribution, and connecting marketing efforts directly to pipeline and revenue
- A curious, experiment-driven mindset with a willingness to A/B test messaging, learn quickly, and iterate based on measurable results
Benefits
