Requirements
- PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, or Strategy, or MBA or MS in Management with 3+ years experience
- BA/BS in Business or related field with 5+ years industry or research experience
- Working fluency in at least two of: strategy, organizational behavior, operations, corporate finance, marketing management
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form
- Comfortable reading and interpreting organizational charts, strategic frameworks, financial statements, and operational diagrams
