The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a clear track record of building or running paid acquisition programs at scale in a high-growth environment.

- 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Deep hands-on experience across major performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, and programmatic)
- Sharp creative instincts and analytical depth
