Requirements
- Experience as a Tech Lead / Dev Lead / Lead Fullstack Engineer
- Strong Java backend skills
- Solid Angular experience
- Hands-on with AWS (Lambda, serverless)
- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems
- Knowledge of architecture, clean code, design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD, releases, and code quality practices
- Strong communication across technical & business teams
- Problem-solving mindset with delivery focus
