Authorizations Coordinator for Intercare Therapy, Inc. is responsible for ensuring timely treatment authorizations for client families and building strong relationships with funding sources.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with commercial insurance
- Familiarity with ICD/CPT codes or medical billing terminology
- Experience with Central Reach or similar practice management/EHR software
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
