Requirements
- Respond promptly and effectively to roadside emergency requests from French-speaking clients via phone and digital communication tools.
- Assess emergency situations accurately and coordinate necessary services such as towing, repairs, or roadside aid.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure efficient and timely assistance.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and emergency response protocols to enhance service quality.
