About the Role

This LPN position at Sandia Ridge Center is a local-only opportunity for licensed nurses based in or near Bernalillo County. The role offers a consistent 12.5-hour day shift running from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with 36 guaranteed hours each week across a 36-week contract — giving you a stable, predictable schedule you can plan your life around.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents during the scheduled day shift
• Administer medications and treatments in line with established care plans and physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document changes in each resident's condition
• Work alongside registered nurses, aides, and the broader care team to maintain high standards of resident well-being
• Uphold safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirements throughout every shift

Qualifications

• Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Local candidates only — applicants must reside within commuting distance of Sandia Base, Bernalillo County
• Availability to commit to the full 36-week contract and the 6:00 AM–6:30 PM day shift
• Ability to work the guaranteed 36 hours per week on site (no remote option)
