Assistant Community Manager

Havenpark Communities is hiring a full-time Assistant Community Manager in Apache Junction, Pinal County, to help operate and elevate one of our welcoming manufactured-home communities. About the Role

As an Assistant Community Manager, you will partner with the Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a Havenpark Communities neighborhood in Apache Junction, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on resident satisfaction, smooth administrative operations, and the upkeep of a community residents are proud to call home.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager with the daily operations and administration of the community.
• Serve as a friendly, dependable point of contact for residents, answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Assist with leasing, applications, move-ins, and renewals to keep occupancy strong.
• Collect rent payments, maintain accurate resident records, and help prepare reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to keep grounds and amenities well cared for.
• Help foster a positive, caring atmosphere that reflects the company's resident-first mission.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, leasing, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to resident care.
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling administrative tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with standard office software and willingness to learn property management systems.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Apache Junction, Pinal County.
