Ironclad is hiring an AI Evaluation Engineer to work on its AI platform, focusing on unlocking insights from training data and designing feedback loops to improve model quality. The role involves analyzing datasets, designing labeling campaigns, and building dashboards to track model accuracy. The successful candidate will have a background in a quantitative field and experience in applied ML or data science, preferably in NLP or LLM-based applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- 1–3 years of experience in applied ML or data science
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with Jupyter, Pandas, and experiment tracking tools
