Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
- 5+ years in a VP equivalent role
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology companies
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide business systems organizations
- Demonstrated success driving AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives at scale
- Strong people leader who can recruit, develop, and retain top IT talent
- Excellent cross-functional collaborator
- Executive presence with the ability to influence without authority and communicate complex technology concepts to non-technical audiences
