Supabase is looking for a Product Manager – Security & Trust to lead the company’s security agenda and balance security and developer experience at platform scale. The role involves setting the security agenda, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving multi-team RFCs from proposal to shipped code. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in product management, with a deep working knowledge of security primitives and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product management, with serious time on security, identity and access, infrastructure, or developer platform products at a company where security mattered to enterprise buyers.
- Deep working knowledge of the security primitives our customers use like authentication, authorization (RBAC, RLS), audit logging, secrets management, OAuth.
- A track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Security, GTM, and Compliance, and driving multi-team RFCs from proposal to shipped code.
- 100% comfortable in a remote, async, write-it-down culture.
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft customer-facing security disclosures, internal threat models, docs pages, or one-pagers for CISOs without losing voice or precision.
