We’re a fast-moving early-stage product team shipping 2-5 PRs/day across a TypeScript monorepo. We need a Technical Project Manager / Release Manager to own three workstreams: nightly release gate, project coordination, and SOC 2 readiness.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong at organizing information
- Experience coordinating across distributed teams
- Experience with compliance frameworks
- Good judgment on when to hold the line vs. when to find a creative path forward
