Mercor is seeking a Data Scientist to design realistic data workflows, grade agent performance, and collaborate with a team on long-term projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, BI analyst, data scientist, or data engineer
- Working fluency in at least two of: advanced SQL, dbt, warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), experimentation (A/B tests), pipeline orchestration (Airflow, Dagster), metric modeling, Python for analysis
- Clear written communication and ability to articulate reasoning and data decisions step by step
