The role involves making targeted outbound calls, negotiating pricing and contract terms, and partnering with Customer Success and Sales teams to retain customers. The ideal candidate has experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Inside Sales, and is comfortable with high daily activity targets, CRM tools, and SaaS products.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, Inside Sales or Renewals
- Proven comfort with outbound calling and high daily activity targets
- Strong personality and clear, assertive communication style
- Enjoy working with challenging, emotionally charged scenarios
- Naturally resilient, adaptable, and flexible
