UX Designer contract role for 3 months, 15-20 hours/week, to support client’s Career Pathways platform during beta launch and beyond.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including experience working within and maintaining established design systems
- A proven background in user research and customer discovery
- Demonstrated experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining consistency across complex user experiences
