The Product Implementation Analyst supports the successful implementation and configuration of Meduit’s workflow software solutions for healthcare clients. This role ensures accurate, production-ready system configurations by translating product functionality and client requirements into effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software configuration or system implementation support
- 3 to 5 years of backend healthcare revenue cycle management experience
- Proven experience supporting software implementation projects through multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle
- Hands-on experience using SQL for data analysis and validation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
