Virtual Office Assistant needed for a company providing dental care services. Must have 2-3 years of experience, proficiency in MS Excel and Word, and strong writing and communication skills. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
Requirements
- Verify insurance and call on outstanding insurance claims
- Scheduling appointments, contacting patients, and following up
- Collect and post payments and record receipts
- Work aging report to ensure all claims are paid properly
- Submits dental claims to insurance companies online, by mail, and by fax
